July 23, 2021 Blog

Zamansky LLC is pleased to announce that after years of litigation, U.S. District Judge Colleen McMahon of the Southern District of New York recently approved a $4.7 million settlement for the class of IBM workers in the case of Jander v. Retirement Plans Committee of IBM. Our firm sought $1.4 million in fees, which the judge also approved. The opinion approving the settlement and fees will be released at a later date.
