Yieldstreet advertised that customers could “invest like the 1%” in exclusive real estate deals. Unfortunately, Yieldstreet has imploded and customers have suffered massive losses.
Investors claim that Yieldstreet’s offering documents misrepresented the huge risks of investing in Yieldstreet’s real estate deals which suffered outsized losses as interest rates rose and loan defaults crushed the value of the portfolio.
Investors can seek to recover their losses in FINRA arbitration cases against Yieldstreet and other brokerages who sold Yieldstreet.
