Zamansky LLC Investigates the Visium Credit Opportunities Hedge Fund

Zamansky LLC is investigating the collapse of the Visium Credit Opportunities Fund LP and Offshore Fund Ltd., the $280 million hedge fund which shut in 2013. On March 6, 2016, Visium Asset Management LP reportedly sent a letter to investors notifying them that the U.S. Department of Justice and S.E.C. are investigating the way the hedge funds valued and traded certain assets, and its use of a consultant.
