Plaintiff Lili Schad, by and through her undersigned counsel, brings this action individually and on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired limited partnership interests in Harbingers Capital Partners Fund I, LP, (the “Fund” or “Harbinger”) pursuant to the October 2007 Confidential Offering Memorandum, as offended from time to time (the “Offering Materials”) and held their interest as of December 31, 2011 (“Class Members” or “Limited Partners”).
