UBS Willow Fund, UBS Paulson Advantage Fund, UBS Carlyle Fund I and II, UBS Renaissance, Satellite Multi-Strategy Access Fund, LionHedge Paulson, Paulson Advantage Access Fund, Morgan Stanley HedgePremier Paulson, and CAIS Paulson – All Under Investigation.

Zamansky LLC continues to file FINRA arbitrations on behalf of investors in the UBS Willow Fund. The UBS Willow Fund was a purported distressed debt fund that was recommended and sold by UBS Financial Services to its brokerage customers. Recently, the UBS Willow Fund was liquidated after its portfolio manager
speculated in foreign sovereign debt credit default swaps (CDS), which caused enormous losses. If you were an investor in the UBS Fund either early, or at the time of its liquidation, please contact our firm to discuss your legal rights.

Zamansky LLC also continues to investigate the UBS Paulson Advantage Fund. This was a feeder fund that was recommended and sold by UBS Financial Services to its brokerage customers to invest in the Paulson & Co. Advantage Fund. The
UBS Paulson Fund has suffered enormous losses from exposure to gold, and steep declines in gold prices. Zamansky is investigating cases whether these risks were not suitable for investors or not disclosed to investors, or where the UBS Paulson Fund was misrepresented to investors.

Zamansky LLC is also investigating similar sales of feeder funds by Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and Citigroup to its brokerage customers. The feeders funds are named — LionHedge Paulson, Paulson Advantage Access Fund, Morgan Stanley HedgePremier Paulson, and CAIS Paulson. Zamansky is investigating cases whether these risks of these feeder funds were not suitable for investors or not disclosed to investors, or where the funds were misrepresented to investors.

Zamansky LLC also continues to investigate the UBS Carlyle Funds I and II that were recommended and sold by UBS Financial Services to its brokerage customers. The UBS Carlyle Funds were private investments in real estate funds and UBS Carlyle II was sold after the collapse of the real estate market was already underway. Zamansky is investigating cases whether these risks were not suitable for investors or not disclosed to investors, or where the UBS Carlyle I and II Funds were misrepresented to investors.

Zamansky LLC is investigating the Satellite Multi-Strategy Access Fund LLC, and UBS Renaissance Institutional Equities Fund I, LLC. These were private investment funds sold by UBS Financial Services Inc. (“UBS Financial Services”) and its financial advisors to the firm’s brokerage customers. Zamansky is investigating cases whether these risks of these feeder funds were not suitable for investors or not disclosed to investors, or where the funds were misrepresented to investors.
