VELOCITYSHARES DAILY 2X VIX ETNS (TVIX)

Zamansky LLC  (“Zamansky”) announces that it is investigating the plunge in share price of the VelocityShares Daily 2x VIX Short-Term Exchange Traded Notes (“ETNs”)(NYSEArca: TVIX).  These ETNs were underwritten by Credit Suisse AG and are supposed to provide investors with directional returns that are two-times the movement of the Chicago Board of Option Exchange S&P Futures Volatility Index or VIX.

Over the last few days, these ETNs have suffered losses of approximately 50%, and its movement has deviated drastically from the VIX which it supposed to track.  Zamansky is investigating the cause of this divergence, and the losses suffered by investors.  Zamansky is one of the lead attorneys representing investors in the In Re Pro Shares Securities Trust Litigation.
