Zamansky Investigates Foresee Strategies Insurance Funds

Zamansky LLC has commenced an investigation on behalf of investors in the Foresee Strategies Insurance Funds which were part of the SALI Multi-Series Funds 3(c)(1) and 3(c)(7), L.P. (”Foresee Strategies Funds” or the “Company”) over possible violations of federal securities laws. The general partner of the Foresee Strategies Funds was SALI Fund Partners LLC, and the investment manager was SALI Fund Management LLC.

In May 2010, the Foresee Strategies Funds were wiped out due to reported catastrophic losses in speculative naked options trading on the S&P 500. Many investors were conservative investors or retirees who were looking for low-risk strategies. They may have invested in the Foresee Strategies Funds through annuities offered by Sun Life Financial or Sage Point Financial.

We are investigating whether the Foresee Strategies Funds breached representations made to investors about its risks, trading strategies and risk controls.
