Zamansky Investigates Bank of America Corp. For Non-Disclosure of AIG Threat
Zamansky LLC (”Zamansky”) has commenced an investigation into Bank of America Corp. (NYSE: BAC) to determine whether the Company violated federal securities laws by failing to disclose to investors potential liability relating to the $10 billion lawsuit filed on August 8, 2011 by AIG. According to press reports, the Company knew of the legal threat by AIG but failed to disclose it to investors.
