ZAMANSKY WARNS INVESTORS ABOUT FINANCIAL ADVISOR BAMBI HOLZER OF NEWPORT COAST SECURITIES

Zamansky LLC (“Zamansky”) warns investors that it is investigating financial advisor Bambi Holzer (“Holzer”) and her current firm, Newport Coast Securities in Beverly Hills, California, over misrepresentation in connection with annuity sales.  Before, Newport Coast, Holzer worked at Wedbush Securities, Sequoia Equities and Brookstreet Securities in or about Beverly Hills, CA.

Holzer has over 56 customer complaints against her, mostly for misrepresentation in connection with annuity sales.  In May 2012, her license to sell insurance in California was revoked.  She has been the subject of a regulatory proceeding by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Holzer has a pattern and practice of misrepresentation when selling annuities to customers.  Her brokerage firms had duties to supervise her and may be held responsible for her failures.  If you purchased an annuity through Holzer, and believe that the features or fees of the annuity were not accurately represented to you, and wish to discuss your rights, please contact us for an evaluation.
