Samuel Bonderoff joined Zamansky LLC in 2013. Sam graduated from Dartmouth College in 1997 and NYU School of Law in 2002. Sam oversees all of the Firm’s complex commercial litigation, specializing in ERISA participant class actions and shareholder derivative cases. Sam recently argued on behalf of the respondent employees in Retirement Plans Committee of IBM v. Jander before the United States Supreme Court.
Prior to joining Zamansky LLC, Sam was an associate in the litigation department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
Sam was admitted to the New York State Bar in March 2003. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth and Ninth Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
