Matt Hendrickson joined Zamansky LLC in 2020, where he represents investors in actions against public companies, investment companies, financial institutions, and investment advisors.  Matt is currently prosecuting several class action lawsuits on behalf of public company stockholders and participants in retirement plans, as well as numerous actions brought by individuals against financial institutions through the FINRA arbitration process.

Prior to joining Zamansky LLC, Matt spent nearly a decade as a litigator at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and at Ropes & Gray LLP.  At those firms, Matt represented major financial institutions in dozens of federal securities actions and frequently represented investors and corporate directors on matters related to securities and corporate governance disputes.  Matt also represented investors, including hedge funds and private equity funds, in commercial disputes in state and federal courts as well as before private arbitrators and maintained an active pro bono practice representing incarcerated individuals in civil rights matters.

Matt received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review.  He earned his B.A. in Government from Cornell University.
