Zamansky LLC Investigates Planet Labs PBC (PL) and BigBear.ai (BBAI)

We are investigating these former SPACs for potential legal claims concerning breach of fiduciary duty and false and misleading statements to investors.  The potential claims relate to misstatements by SPAC sponsors to convince SPAC investors not to redeem their shares ahead of the planned de-SPAC merger.

On December 3, 2021, GigCapital4 (GIG) merged with BigBear.ai Holdings, Inc. (BBAI), the artificial intelligence database company. Investors in GIG who held through the merger and conversion to BBAI should contact us.

On December 8, 2021, dMY Tech Group IV (DMYQ) merged with Planet Labs PBC (PL), the earth imaging company.   After the merger, PL’s stock price dropped from $11 to around $6 per share.  Investors in PL who held through the merger should contact us.
