Zamansky LLC Investigates Losses Suffered by Victims of Philip R. Corvia and Jefferson Resources Inc. in Shoreham, New York

Mr. Corvia, who died on August 12, 2021, was a registered representative of Henley & Company LLC, a FINRA member with supervisory responsibility over him.  Mr. Corvia allegedly diverted funds from investors into his own company, Jefferson Resources, or other entities that he owned or controlled, that were not legitimate investments.  Any victims of Mr. Corvia’s scheme may have legal claims against Henley & Company to recover losses in a FINRA arbitration.
