Agape Court Decision
- The Judge in the Agape case issued a decision dismissing the case, but has given us an opportunity to file a new complaint which clearly spells out Bank of America’s role in the Agape fraud.
- We believe we have enough evidence to comply with the Judge’s request for a new complaint which we will file shortly.
- We will update Agape investors on our website with our efforts in filing a new complaint.
